By placing an order with Studio 7 Dancewear you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Returns Policy
At Studio 7 Dancewear, we want you to love your purchase. If for whatever reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Change of Mind, Incorrect Item, or Incorrect Size
If you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or the garment doesn’t fit, you can return it under the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item(s) must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Undergarments, tights, hair accessories, makeup, and lashes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges are not available. If you require a different size or item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Return Process
- Request a return: Fill in the form below (scroll down) to submit your request.
- Receive authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return (RC) Number via email. Do not return items until you have received your authorised RC Number.
- Shipping your return:
Package your item securely.

– Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please use a trackable service where possible, as Studio 7 Dancewear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refunds:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
– Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:
- Faulty items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Request a return: Fill in the form below (scroll down) to submit your request.
- Receive authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return (RC) Number via email. Do not return items until you have received your authorised RC Number.
- Shipping your faulty item:
Package your item securely.

- If the item is confirmed faulty, you can choose a full refund or a replacement.
- Refunds/replacements can take up to 10 business days after inspection.
- The cost of return shipping for faulty items will be at Studio 7 Dancewear’s discretion.
Sale Items
- Items marked SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
