By placing an order with Studio 7 Dancewear you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure you receive your order in the timeframes set out below, it is not the responsibility of Studio 7 Dancewear if you experience delays as a consequence of the freight carrier.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

PREMIUM EXPRESS SHIPPING

For all Australian states, if you choose Premium Express shipping you automatically agree to the ‘Authority To Leave ‘your parcel. This means you give your permission to leave your parcel at your delivery address, even if you are not there. Please ensure you have a safe place to leave your parcel and leave any special instructions if you choose this method. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not accepted via Premium Express.
An estimated delivery time is currently 1-3 days for Metropolitan locations (excluding NT) and 3-5 days for rural areas. NT Metro est. delivery is 4-6 days.
If you require express shipping but can’t give authority to leave, please choose AusPost Express shipping.

AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SHIPPING

Shipping fees apply for all Australia Post Express orders.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

All orders of $100 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping for Australian based addresses only.
Please provide additional information about your delivery by either ticking the box to give your Authority To Leave the parcel if you are not at the delivery address, or leave blank if it can’t be left unattended.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES 

Premium Express orders will be delivered within 1- 2 days for Metropolitan Victoria, 2 – 3 days in all other Metropolitan locations (excluding NT) and 3-5 days for rural areas and NT Metro delivery is 4-6 days for orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.
Australia Post Express orders will be delivered in 2-3 days and Standard Shipping delivery time is 4+ days.
A tracking number will be issued once your order has been dispatched. Please note there are no shipments on weekends or public holidays.

LOCAL CLICK + COLLECT CUSTOMERS

For customers local to the Studio 7 Dancewear outlet at 8 Walter Street, Moorabbin, VIC, 3189, we offer a Click + Collect service. Once you have placed your order online, we will notify you via email when your order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm and Sat 9.30am – 1.00pm.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and your card will be charged in AUD. Parcels are sent via DHL Standard or DHL Express. The shipping fee is dependent on the size of your order. DHL delivery estimates are as follows:

DHL EXPRESS

NZ, ASIA, UK – 3-4 business days
USA, CANADA, WESTERN EUROPE – 4-6 business days

DHL STANDARD:

NZ, UK – 5-6 business days
USA, CANADA, WESTERN EUROPE – 8-10 business days
ASIA – 9-12 business days

Any duty and tax incurred at customs is at the responsibility of the customer.
DHL Express orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same or next day and a tracking number will be issued.
DHL Standard orders can take 2 – 3 business days to be processed, a tracking number will be issued once dispatched.
Please note there are no shipments on weekends or public holidays.

RETURN POLICY

If you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item or the garment doesn’t fit please follow the steps below:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be returned unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Request an authorised return form by emailing returns@studio7dancewear.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Return the items, proof of purchase and the authorised return form to:

  • All items will be inspected upon return to ensure they are in their original condition and haven’t been worn.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed upon return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

We do not except exchanges. If you would like a different size/item, follow the steps above to organise a return and place a new order for the item required.
We do not accept returns for undergarments, tights, hair accessories, makeup or lashes due to hygiene reasons.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please follow the steps below:

  • Faulty item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Email returns@studio7dancewear.com with your order number, a description and a photograph of the fault.
  • Please do not return items until you have received an authorised return form.
  • The cost incurred to send back the item will be at the discretion of Studio 7 Dancewear.
  • Return the item, proof of purchase and the authorised return form to:

  • If your item is deemed as faulty, you have the option for a full refund or replacement.
  • Refunds and/or replacements can take up to 10 business days to be processed after the product is received for inspection.
  • Where a refund is sought, Studio 7 Dancewear will authorise a refund for the product/s onto the original form of payment.  It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back onto your card.

SALE ITEMS

For items listed in our SALE category, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

Studio 7 Dancewear recognises that the health and safety of all workers and visitors is of the utmost importance and vital to the success of our business. As such we aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and workers. We follow WorkSafe Victoria protocols. The premises are monitored 24/7 with CCTV and a security monitoring system.
